 In celebration of the National Arts Month and in conjunction of the Philippine Arts Festival 2014, the Provincial Government of Capiz, through the Provincial Tourism and Cultural Affairs, and in partnership with the Art Association of Capiz, organized a painting exhibit dubbed as "Pinta Capiz Year 4." This is being staged at the Activity Center, Robinsons Place-Roxas and will run on February 17-22, 2014.
